purchase/shipping policy below:
* All our furniture items are hand made and rustic in nature. Minor imperfections such as color variations, surface markings from
shipping, knots, are normal to Rustic Furniture and not considered “defects” or reasons for return. In addition normal cracking of
your kiln dried furniture adds to the beauty and uniqueness of the piece and also not considered a defect or a reason for return.
* If you are unhappy with your furniture item for any reason, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt date, no
questions asked. Please note however that freight charges are non refundable, and freight may be slightly higher to ship back to
us than it was for us to ship to you.
*We encourage you to double check all measurements prior to making your purchases. We are not responsible for items that
are undeliverable due to insufficient access through hallways, staircases, doors, rails, or windows.
*We do offer a Layaway program and require a 20% initial down payment. Installments henceforth may be made on your own
accord but within 6 months payment must be made in full.
*Gift Certificates are available as well if you are looking to give that special gift.
*We accept personal checks for deposits only and the following credit cards are honored:
